Professional User Disclaimer

By accessing and using this program as a professional provider, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Use

Accessing this program does not authorize you to act as a licensed professional user or a licensed professional instructor or representative of the program. You may refer patients or clients to the platform as end-users, but you are prohibited from teaching, modifying, or distributing the program’s content unless you obtain explicit certification as a professional licensed user or instructor (see Section 5).

2. Educational Purpose Only

This program is designed for educational purposes and is not intended to replace clinical judgment, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are solely responsible for how you apply the program’s content in your practice or recommendations.

3. Independent Clinical Judgment

You agree to exercise your independent clinical judgment when advising patients or implementing any aspect of this program. The creators of the program are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your professional use of the content.

4. Non-Substitution of Medical Treatment

This program is non-pharmacological and should not be used as a substitute for necessary medical treatments, medications, or interventions prescribed by licensed healthcare providers.

a. Attending the Conference

If you are attending the Second International Conference on Cardiology and Cardiovascular Medicine in Rome, you may pre-register for the Certified Program Instructor (CPI) education as part of the conference program.
 

b. Not Attending the Conference

If you are not attending the conference but wish to be considered for future Certified Program Instructor (CPI) education, you may join our generic waiting list.
 

c. Become a Certified Referral Partner (CRP)

If you wish to recommend the program to your patients and participate in the Annual Workshop, but do not intend to become a certified instructor at this time, you may act as a Certified Referral Partner.
 

6. Unauthorized Use

Use of the program’s measurement device or instructional materials in a professional clinical setting for end-users or for training purposes of other professionals without certification is strictly prohibited.

7. Professional Verification

You confirm that you are a licensed healthcare professional in your field and have provided accurate documentation verifying your credentials. Misrepresentation of professional status may result in termination of access to the program and potential legal action.

8. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing your profession when using this program or recommending it to others.

9. No Redistribution or Unauthorized Use

The content of this program is protected under copyright law and is intended solely for your personal use as a professional provider. Redistribution, reproduction, or modification of the content without prior written consent from the creators is strictly prohibited.
